 We don't want to bombard you with the usual clichés, but we can assure you that we think long and hard about what it takes to find the right ingredients, at the right time of year, and the impact that may have on all of us. That's why we work with suppliers as close to home as possible and design our menus with what is truly in season and grown around the corner or up the road whenever possible. The same goes with our packaging which is all 100% biodegradable. We even encourage our suppliers to use the same.

Meet the Team


MARTIN LEVY

Martin started life as a chef working in some of the finest 5 Star hotels in both the UK and France. His food knowledge is broad and truly global, ranging from Pan Asian to South American, Mediterranean to Scandinavian.

If you have a product or ingredient in mind, no matter what or where it originates from, Martin will find it – and he sure knows how to use it! He has unrivalled experience in sourcing the best produce from around the world and keeping up with the latest trends and culinary methods. Martin also headed up gourmet sales for the UK’s largest food service company for 14 years, establishing high profile clients such as; Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridge’s and Whole Foods. He also played a key role in winning tenders for some of the UK’s largest restaurant groups.

Davide Bargione


An instinctive flair for his native Italian cuisine led Davide to Ristorante Paradiso in London, followed by five years with the popular Carluccio's brand. In 2009 Davide joined Jamie's Italian where he spent the next five years, progressing to Group Executive Chef. 

Davide then joined sister brand Barbecoa as Chef Director where he was responsible for menu development, supply chain and the in-house butchery, where all the beef was dry-aged to Barbecoa's own specification.

The next move saw Davide moving to Côte Brasserie, the 90+ strong collection of restaurants, where he oversaw the food innovation, menu development, supplier negotiations and setting up of central production kitchens.

Davide's in-depth knowledge, tireless work ethic and exceptional operational expertise make him an expert in developing new brands right through to delivering them successfully to the market. 

Over the years Davide has built up a wealth of experience within the industry with high level expertise across the hospitality sectors including restaurants, hotels and pubs.
